I'm down a total of 18.9 pounds now. I really wanted to hit 20 pounds lost by weigh in but oh well. At least I'm heading in the right direction still. I love wearing clothes I haven't worn in awhile and can really tell a difference in my hips/legs. All of the walking/jogging is definitely paying off. I didn't have even one piece of candy yesterday and if you know me, you know that is a huge feat. I have a sugar addiction like no other but that's probably what got me to where I am today so I told myself none because I'm not sure I could just stop at a piece or two. I had a sugar free chocolate pudding cup with fat free cool whip and didn't feel the least bit deprived. I am looking forward to November and getting down under the 220's.

YOu are Rockin' it girl! Keep it up! I too didn't eat any candy over the holiday and I am proud of myself because I love candy! It is so nice to see that you are doing well and making the changes needed to be healthy!
