I completed 106 sit ups today and I can feel the burn already. Tomorrow should be interesting but no pain no gain, right?! I will be getting up early and getting 4 miles in tomorrow morn. Three more days until weigh in, gonna make them count!
I'm a wife and mom to three boys who keep me plenty busy with all of their activities and energy! I am also a student and WAHM. Life is busy but I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Way to push yourself. I love the soarness of muscles the day after, it is the best feeling in the world
I ALWAYS know I've pushed myself super hard when I'm sore the next day. I hope this program works for you...can't wait to see your results!
